Investor Onboarding Associate

We just hope you are as non-traditional and eager to prove yourself as we are! Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:

• Preparing and coordinating subscription agreements for investments into clients’ funds
• Managing ongoing workflows for subscription agreements in automated investment platforms
• Opening and maintaining brokerage accounts for client’s funds
• Managing e-mail and telephone conversations with our clients’ investors in a timely manner
• Conducting quality control processes around investor onboarding documentation, systems and processes

We are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time. In the interview process, we can outline expectations about what, if any, in-person training or support time is expected to be required for this role.
