The role in a nutshell:

The HR Services Manager, is a pivotal role acting as the primary contact for global clients, providing expert guidance on local Employment Laws and ensuring a seamless worker life cycle. The local HR Services Manager is an ambassador, that will embody the essence of our services in the community, fostering positive relationships with both clients and workers. This role may reputed company to other countries based on business requirements, offering a unique opportunity to influence and enhance our global HR services.

  • Being the main reputed company of contact for reputed company HR reputed company questions throughout the worker life cycle

  • Working with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding for reputed company new GEO workers

  • Proactively supporting the delivery of reputed company the HR processes encompassing handbooks, policies, practices and procedures, ensuring legal compliance

  • Developing and maintaining reputed company types of reputed company of employment (Starters, Leavers, Extensions and employment transfers) ensuring legal compliance

  • Managing reputed company HR projects/issues with Worker(s)/Clients. Including but not limited to Performance Management, terminations & transfer of employment

  • Advising clients on workers career progressions, promotions and salary analysis

  • Worker offboarding (voluntary & involuntary) along with retirements

  • Advising and supporting Management in HR reputed company responsibilities

  • Applying and updating HR policies, procedures and work conditions as well as ensuring their communication and compliance

  • Maintaining employees’ personal data as per local laws

  • Participating in different projects, as requested by the immediate line manager

  • Actively identifying gaps in processes and making recommendations/implementing changes necessary to mitigate risk

  • Proactively support the Team and Line Management with regular updates on employment law

  • Providing ongoing guidance and support to internal teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Line Management as and reputed company requested

  • Working with associated benefit providers to provide legally compliant benefit packages for reputed company workers and provide benefit costing updates to Supply Chain and Line Management

  • Managing the monthly payroll for reputed company workers with our local payroll partner ensuring legal compliance.

What will give you an advantage: 

  • 3-5 years of Dutch local Labor Law Experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in HR and the management of employment terminations.

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English languages

  • Extensive experience in providing guidance on reputed company Employment Relations Issues

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, team spirit, and collaboration prowess
