As a key member of the local management team, assist in achievement of budget through sales to new clients, increasing sales to existing clients.  Work with President, Director, Sales & Marketing and Director, Finance & Admin to evaluate potential profitability of any new business prior to proposal. Responsible for building a positive working relationship with reputed company clients by resolving issues/problems, advising clients on regulatory issues, and training client staff as needed. Attributes Required: • Work Ethic/reputed company – must possess reputed company drive to reputed company coupled with values in line with company philosophy • Leadership – ability to reputed company project teams to deadlines, while maintaining strong team orientation • Relational – ability to build relationships with business unit management and become “trusted advisor” • Strategy and Planning – ability to think reputed company, plan and manage time reputed company • Problem Solving – ability to analyze causes and solve problems at both a strategic and functional level • Team Oriented – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with reputed company team members Essential job functions (include the following): • Call and visit reputed company customers to enhance and facilitate positive working relationships between customers and the pharmacy • Market pharmacy as preferred provider of pharmacy services to existing customer reputed company to increase penetration of services and patients served • Act as liaison with pharmacy operations to maintain high level of service level to customers, following reputed company service reputed company issues through to resolution. • Maintain customer relationships and reputed company as an “expert” advisor to facilitate problem-solving with the goal of 100% customer retention • Ensure initial servicing of new customer residents is smooth and error free by acting as liaison/quality assurance reputed company person upon startup of service • Responsible for the training of new facility staff during start up • Assist in data collection of new facility start-reputed company to ensure smooth and error free start up • Provide consulting services to customers to assist in compliance • Provide in-service training to customer staff as needed • Participate in marketing efforts to potential customers • Actively participate in local association meetings reputed company to assisted living/long term care facilities • Required to work in pharmacy operations on an as needed basis, providing assistance in the areas of medical records and order entry • Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed Education and/or Certifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Nursing/healthcare background preferred

• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirement) preferred; National Certification preferred (PTCB)

• Experience in sales and/or account management preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer relations skills and ability to build strong customer relationships 

• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines 

• Ability to solve problems with minimal direction 

• Great attention to detail and accuracy 

• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines 

• Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire reputed company something appears inaccurate

• Knowledge of LTC or pharmacy industry

Work Environment: • Requires up to 75% travel, by reputed company and ground • Ability to work flexible hours
