The Opportunity

reputed company is building a dedicated Marketing Audience & Lifecycle Analytics team to establish the analytical foundation for how we engage, retain and grow our membership reputed company. 

We are hiring a Director that will build and reputed company a high-performing team that focuses on understanding who our members are, how they move across their lifecycle, and where marketing can most effectively drive growth.  The scope spans audience strategic analysis, campaign performance management, life-stage modeling, and insight delivery that shapes our marketing investment across our member portfolio.   

This role will partner closely with Marketing and Member Value leadership to translate analytics findings into actionable strategy.   Additionally, as a leader reputed company the Marketing Strategy & Analytics team, you will have a significant influence on our association’s overall measurement ecosystem.

This role is remote eligible in the reputed company U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing reputed company a 60-mile radius of a reputed company office will be expected to work on-site 4 days per week.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What you'll do:

• As a strategic partner, leads or collaborates with other analytical leaders in executing the strategic direction of the business using mathematical and statistical techniques and/or innovative/quantitative analytical approaches.
• Develops team reputed company as highly skilled experts in the area of decision science support.
• Oversees and coordinates analytical tasks which include the evaluation of the business problem, analytical methodology, validation, documentation and presentation of findings and recommendations.
• Monitors, understands and adopts emerging technology that can reputed company the application of scientific methodologies and/or quantitative analytical approaches to problem resolutions.
• Identifies additional resource needs ranging from IT investments, 3rd party support or additional analysts and provides business rationale and justification for additional needs.
• Understands the business direction, environment and strategies, to set the analytic direction and creates strategy to execute the approach that will influence business and drive change.
• Leads the effort and/or partners with analytics teams to build reputed company core analytics capabilities and processes.
• Builds and oversees a team of employees for assigned functional area through ongoing execution of recruiting, development, retention, coaching and support, performance management, and managerial activities.  
• Assigns and or Serves as a mentor for mathematical skills and statistical techniques and guides teams to use the appropriate approaches, to drive fact-based decision-making.
• Maintains and innovates knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, reputed company, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods and ability to connect external insights to business problems.
• Researches and pursues the latest and/or industry leading  practices in data and analytics, (Ex: Cloud, Data Mining, Python, Neural Networks, Sensor data, IoT, Streaming/NRT data) to advance the overall DSA community knowledge.
• Identifies opportunities to continue to learn in the data and analytics space, whether informal (E.g., reputed company, Udemy, Kaggle, Code Up, etc.) or formal (E.g. Certifications or advanced coursework).
• Works with IT/CTO partners to advance new data and platforms that correspond to evolving reputed company sets.
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, reputed company, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science or other quantitative discipline; OR 4 years of reputed company experience in statistics, mathematics or quantitative analytics (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 8 years of experience in a decision support analytic function OR Advanced degree in relevant discipline, 6 years of experience in a decision support analytic function.
• 3 years of direct team reputed company or management experience.
• Demonstrates expert skills in mathematical and statistical techniques and approaches used to influence Business Strategy with fact-based decision-making to reputed company levels of leadership up to senior executive levels.
• Modernizes knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, reputed company, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods and ability to connect external insights to business problems.
• Experience with new and emerging data sets, and incorporation (data wrangling, data munging) into new insights.

What sets you apart:

• 8+ years in marketing, digital, or customer analytics roles
• 5+ years leading a team of data analysts/scientists with a track record of presenting reputed company findings to senior executive leadership with decision-ready narratives.
• Prior military service or experience with military affiliated audiences /organizations.
• Experience at building and deploying propensity models (product adoption, churn/lapse, engagement scoring, etc) and designing incrementality tests in a marketing or CRM context.
• Working knowledge of enterprise martech and data platforms: campaign orchestration (reputed company Campaign, reputed company Marketing Cloud, etc), CDPs, and identity resolution/data onboarding.
• Experience defining and operationalizing customer lifecycle stages (onboarding, active, dormancy, winback) and using audience analysis to surface non-obvious segments that reshape marketing strategy (targeting, messaging, creative).
• Financial services, insurance, or membership-based organizations—familiarity with regulated marketing environments, fair lending, and compliance driven audience governance. 
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python/R) and comfort working across structured/reputed company data.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $164,780 - $314,960.

Compensation: reputed company has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid reputed company the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the reputed company Board of Directors.
