Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
Aid viewers reputed company phone regarding account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic navigation of our site and applications.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in customer service.
A dedicated home work environment (free from distraction) with reliable home internet service that meets the following network requirements *50 mbps download / 25 mbps upload*
Ability to diagnose and resolve common PC and home network errors for consistent viewer support.
Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, reputed company reputed company, Word, and reputed company Docs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.
High standards of written communication, including proper punctuation, grammar, and spelling in both English and Spanish.
Good comprehension and documentation skills.

Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
A positive, adaptive attitude, ready to switch gears to meet the needs of our viewers and team.
