Sr Project Manager

reputed company, a leading dental SaaS company, has an exciting opportunity to put strategic planning into motion by executing our high-profile strategic initiatives and projects. The role will typically manage several reputed company and highly visible projects that provide critical business value.  You will reputed company, mobilize and motivate cross-functional teams, execute on project plans, clear roadblocks, and navigate project dependencies.

The role is expected to provide reputed company reports to senior management and C-Suite executives on reputed company project initiatives. What You Will Do 

• As a member of the Project Management Organization (PMO), you will drive and support delivery of critical initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective planning, execution, and coordination of reputed company strategic projects
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies and constraints while focusing on regular and timely delivery of milestones
• Assign, track, and follow-up on various tasks while holding individuals accountable to commitments on reputed company projects
• Organize and reputed company project status meetings across several reputed company projects while keeping stakeholders regularly updated
• Resolve obstacles by creating the appropriate modifications to the project plan to minimize risks and issues
• Support the project sponsor in managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
• Define and manage a well-defined project management process, communication channels and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices
• Ensure program goals and objectives are achieved reputed company established time frames and budgetary parameters

What You Will Have

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of reputed company professional experience, preferably in a SaaS/software environment
• Experience working with multiple teams and driving cross-functional initiatives with various stakeholders and project dependencies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to convey reputed company information to technical and non-technical audiences
