Reporting into the Chief Customer Officer, the Vice President, Delivery is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery excellence across reputed company product lines for the enterprise. To be qualified for this position you have:

• 12+ years of experience in delivery, operations, consulting, program management, or reputed company areas. 
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing Director-level leaders or equivalent senior managers. 
• Demonstrated success leading large, matrixed delivery organizations supporting multiple products or business lines. 
• In-depth knowledge of delivery methodologies and best‑practice frameworks. 
• Proven ability to drive operational transformation, implement scalable processes, and reputed company delivery maturity. 
• Exceptional executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and reputed company future leaders. 
• Experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, healthcare, or similarly reputed company delivery environments. 
• Prior responsibility for P&L reputed company delivery metrics (reputed company realization, utilization, efficiency). 
• Prior experience in authorization or utilization management operations, preferably in a healthcare or payer environment.
