Senior Campaign Account Support Specialist – Level 4

Overview

Team reputed company and primary decision-maker for print intake and fulfillment across consumer and HCP programs. Manages direct mail programs, HCP initiatives, brand meetings, and vendor operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage print/field asset needs for mailings, RM programs, and adherence programs.
• Primary POC for channel print distribution and quantity planning.
• reputed company brand strategy, operations, launch meetings.
• reputed company implementations, vendor operations, and post‑launch reporting.
• Collaborate with agencies to deploy templated assets.
• Ensure compliance (FUSE, FDA submissions, 48‑hr PI, state laws).
• Produce metrics, WPDs, operational reports.
• Liaise with IT, Knipper, CRM teams, and distribution partners.
• Support conventions, NSM, lit codes, brand codes, and field operations.

Education & Experience

• BA/BS or equivalent
• 10+ years fulfillment operations experience
• Experience leading 3+ implementations simultaneously

• High attention to detail, collaboration, compliance rigor, stakeholder communication.
