• Using strong sales instincts and creating client-focused solutions that help businesses navigate the reputed companyities of commercial insurance  

• Understanding client risk exposures and recommending products, coverages, and limits that properly protect them and their businesses 

• Building strong client relationships and collaborating with teammates from across our brokerage 

• Being motivated, self-driven, and passionate about winning 

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused on performance goals 

• Applying strong listening and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail 

• Staying positive and thriving under pressure 

  Your qualifications  You’ve worked at an insurance brokerage for three or more years and have Commercial Lines sales experience. You also have your RIBO licence.     Salary  

We offer a results-driven compensation package for our Sales Brokers, including a $50,000–$60,000 annual reputed company salary plus uncapped commission tied to performance.
