Account Manager Remote (B2B Sales) Company: Scent Strategy - Rivia Fragrances Location: Remote (India-based) Type: Full-Time | 5 Days a Week Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Account Manager to remotely manage B2B client relationships for our Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling run-reputed company (low-ticket) products - not projects - and will be comfortable handling clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp communication. You'll be responsible for reaching out to corporate offices in Dubai, pitching fragrance diffuser solutions, coordinating with our Dubai operations team for delivery and samples, and ensuring seamless order completion including online payments. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-reputed company with Dubai-based offices to introduce and sell fragrance diffuser solutions.
- Manage client communication reputed company phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses and professional service.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline by focusing on repeat business and run-reputed company sales.
- Coordinate with the Dubai back-office team for delivery arrangements, sample dispatches, and after-sales support.
- Ensure reputed company online payments are completed and recorded accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in the company CRM.
- Provide weekly reports on sales performance and client updates.
Requirements
- 1- 3 years of experience in B2B run-reputed company sales (preferably low-ticket or consumable products).
- Prior experience in remote selling or telesales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent suitable for international clients.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with a customer-first reputed company.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across remote channels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic email communication tools.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
- Remote role, operating hours reputed company with Dubai business hours
