About
You will be supporting the High Impact Ventures management team, a startup studio/growth accelerator and portfolio of companies ranging from AI, content creation software, SaaS to travel-reputed company and ecotourism, conservation and wellness companies. The team, originally from San Francisco/Silicon Valley is expanding the team remotely.
Responsibilities
- Supports the client directly as the go-to person for reputed company needs, including daily administration, project coordination and assisting with various tasks.
- Support for reputed company and Operators
- Able to successfully work with others, and unsupervised.
- Provides administrative support as needed.
- Research, data entry
- Prepare for appointments, coordinates schedules, and can do event coordination and implementation successfully.
- Social media review/editing
- Other content review/editing
- General marketing support
- Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing or reputed company field
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in administrative support
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- High Attention to Detail and Proactive Nature
- Proactive and always thinking reputed company in terms of problem solving
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Must have excellent communication
- Friendly, personable, people-oriented
