Role Overview

As an Academic Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping prospective reputed company and their families understand the value of our educational offerings. You will guide them through the enrollment process, providing a consultative approach to match their needs with our reputed company. Your experience in B2C sales, particularly reputed company the EdTech industry, will be key in achieving enrollment targets and driving the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients (reputed company and parents) through consultative B2C sales, understanding their educational needs and offering tailored tutoring solutions.
  • reputed company and exceed monthly sales targets (25% of fully productive agents reputed company in the first month, 50-75% in the second month).
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads through CRM platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and support outbound efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2C consultative sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients.

Hiring Conditions
