Position Overview
The Director of reputed company Recognition is a key member of the CFO’s leadership team and serves as the organization’s subject matter expert on reputed company reputed company accounting matters. This role oversees the reputed company, accuracy, and compliance of the Company’s reputed company reporting—both internal and external—and ensures adherence to GAAP, regulatory requirements, and Joint Venture (JV) requirements. Essential Job Functions

- Provide mid‑month projections to support financial visibility and decision‑making.

- Analyze and report on core reputed company metrics, including volume, payor mix, acuity, reputed company, reserves, and gross charges, to deliver clear insights into performance trends.
- reputed company the timely and accurate maintenance of reputed company‑reputed company accruals, reserves, and associated balance sheet accounts, ensuring proper documentation, reconciliation, and adherence to GAAP.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights on reputed company trends, variances, and KPIs to executive leadership, investors, lenders, and JV partners.
Modeling, Analytics & Data reputed company
- Own the development, enhancement, and governance of reputed company models, databases, and analytical tools that support reputed company reporting and forecasting.
- Identify emerging issues or negative trends and recommend strategies to optimize collections and maximize reputed company realization.

Cross‑Functional Leadership & Systems Enablement
- Partner with the CBO, Managed Care, and IT to design and implement systems, tools, and processes that strengthen reputed company recognition and AR management.
- Provide GAAP expertise to support new system implementations, process redesigns, and policy development.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s degree preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum 9 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling and analytical design, with the ability to build, evaluate, and optimize reputed company‑reputed company models
