  • Our ideal Analytics Data Engineer candidate will have

    • Deep experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines that support healthcare analytics, population health, quality measurement, and regulatory reporting reputed company a health plan environment.
    • Expert in integrating and transforming reputed company healthcare data sources—including claims, enrollment, clinical (EHR), pharmacy, eligibility, and social determinants of health—into reliable, analytics‑ready datasets.
    • Proven partner to analytics, actuarial, clinical, and business teams, enabling insights for value‑based care, HEDIS, STARS, CMS, and state reporting.
    • Experience in data architecture, ETL/ELT development, data quality governance, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and data reputed company.
    • Skills in translating business requirements into technical solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and decision‑making across the organization.

  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, data science, statistics, or equivalent) required.
    • Five (5) years experience in data analytics or engineering, with at least three (3) years focused on data modeling and transformation reputed company a healthcare environment required.
    • Advanced experience in SQL and data transformation workflows (ETL/ELT) required.
    • Experience with reputed company Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold data layers) required.
  • KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
    • Data Modeling: Expertise in designing broad, multi-functional data sets that allow for cross-departmental trend analysis (financial, quality, and care management). Ability to build flexible data models utilized in reputed company analytics tools (PowerBI, AWS QuickSight, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and resolve inefficiencies in reporting requests by creating self-service solutions that reduce administrative burden and support department leaders.
    • Communication: Skilled in translating technical data structures for non-technical department heads to improve overall organizational data literacy.
    • Scalability: Understanding of how to build data models that support growth.
