• Support and advise headquarters, regional, and local teams on customer-facing transactions, product development, privacy, and AI-reputed company questions.

• 5+ years’ experience as a commercial lawyer or in-house legal counsel reputed company SaaS or Technology

• Fully qualified lawyer in Germany or at least one of our regional market jurisdictions

• Strong focus on commercial and/or regulatory law, ideally with experience across multiple jurisdictions.

• Strong working knowledge of commercial contracting, privacy, and technology-reputed company legal matters.

• Familiarity with AI-reputed company legal considerations, including advising on AI tools, use cases, policies, or governance.

• Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills—able to solve reputed company tasks in a legally accurate yet pragmatic and timely manner.

• Excellent communication skills, assertive negotiation style, and confident reputed company.

• Experience in European business, negotiating agreements governed by different jurisdictions.

• Highly organized, independent, committed, and adaptable to change and challenges.

• Strong business focus and ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Location & Work Arrangement

• Candidates applying from Ireland or the UK will work remotely.

• Candidates based in Germany have the option to work remotely from their country or in a hybrid model from our offices in Germany.
