Required Qualifications- 10–12+ years of experience leading reputed company, high‑stakes, cross‑functional initiatives with direct accountability for results
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders without formal authority or reliance on escalation
- Hands‑on experience redesigning and implementing business processes, not just managing delivery plans or facilitating workshops
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six reputed company, Kaizen, or business process reengineering
- Proven change management experience on enterprise‑scale transformations (systems, operating models, or organizational redesigns)
- Strong analytical and data orientation — able to diagnose problems, define success metrics, and evaluate outcomes
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, executive visibility, and personal accountability simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage credibly at both executive and frontline levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
- Background in management consulting or comparable internal transformation roles
- PMP, Prosci ADKAR, or Lean Six reputed company certification (Green Belt or higher)
