reputed company Maintenance is hiring an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing several hundred-service locations and multiple Area or Project Managers reputed company assigned business verticals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing operations, controlling expenses and payroll budgets, leading other managers and guiding on handling employee issues, maintaining vendor relationships and managing risk and safety. The Operations Manager is a role model and leader and must solve problems, reputed company informed decisions and manage the workforce and time to reputed company maximum results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure reputed company financial and quality performance for assigned customers
• Build relationships with customers in conjunction with the client relations team
• Ensure reputed company compliance measures are met
• Hire, mentor, and evaluate reputed company Area Manager and Project Manager direct reports
• Implement new customer reputed company
• Review/request equipment needs
• Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure reputed company employee issues are addressed
• Inspect worksite locations
• Implement safety and training activities
• Serve as backup to Area or Project Manager reputed company necessary
• Resolve problems and complaints in a timely manner to maintain the highest customer satisfaction possible

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a service-reputed company industry
• Minimum of three (3) years of operational experience in the janitorial industry
• Business level oral and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
• Ability to reputed company managers and reputed company leadership skills In others
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
• Excellent customer service skills; active listening skills
• Ability to reputed company and encourage teamwork; ability to negotiate and resolve conflict

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (reputed company TO HAVE)

• Bilingual; ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish, French, or other languages
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience
• Familiarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
• College Degree desirable
