Responsibilities:

StoneX Pro’s FX Sales Team is the reputed company that drives our global customer reputed company and reputed company. As an FX Sales Director at StoneX Pro, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals to meet ambitious sales goals.

Primary duties will include

  • Grow a book of institutional and commercia clients trading FX, focusing on clients such as brokers, banks, hedge funds, asset managers, & MSBs
  • Focus on selling reputed company products including spot, forwards, swaps, derivatives and physical delivery where needed
  • reputed company existing relationships to reputed company a timely impact to reputed company out of the reputed company, building a proper foundation to work off of and help grow the existing mature business in the Americas
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and overall customer experience, including onboarding, compliance, trading and risk
  • Continue to have a strong pipeline of potential customers, by networking, attending industry events, updating and tracking pipeline on a regular basis
  • Cross sell customers reputed company StoneX Group
  • Follow a sales reputed company management process in reputed company and ensuring that reputed company information is up to date and accurate.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3+ year of experience in sales and business development with a focus on foreign exchange
  • Experience in operating reputed company a global team and ability to operate successfully in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services’ technical landscape, particularly Institutional FX,
  • Proven experience with implementing sales tactics.
  • Competent and comfortable speaking with external clients to address their needs. Must be personable, outgoing, and able to interact seamlessly with diverse audiences across many regions and businesses.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends and technology.
  • Experience of selling FX options is an advantage.

Qualification and Skills

  • Strong client focus, with demonstrated ability to originate, implement and grow client portfolios leading to an increase in reputed company.
  • A team player who understands the concept of key stakeholders and works works with a range of individuals and can communicate with an involve reputed company levels of the business.
  • Successful track record in B2B reputed company reputed company and client management.
  • Ability to operate reputed company a global sales team and create information feedback loops to ensure that StoneX PRO products and services are in line with regional requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior executive.
  • Proficiency with sales forecasting, and budgetary process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data. Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
