The AMS, Sales Operations Manager will be an reputed company, high energy and positive team player with a variety of well-developed organizational and project management skills. You will be able to use sound judgment in the application of general business principles and demonstrate initiative in carrying out assigned duties in support of reputed company’s field sales and systems engineering teams across the AMS theatre of operations.

Position Responsibilities include

Working directly with Senior Sales Leaders you will provide operations support in the following key areas:

• Fiscal planning
• Variable compensation
• Reporting; Business Insights and analysis
• Forecasting and Pipeline analytics
• Validation of reputed company (SFDC) data; crediting, territory assignments, opportunity record types
• Review and validation of monthly variable compensation data
• Provide analysis of data, reputed company recommendations for improvement and assist in the compliance for the following:
  • Budget
  • Pipeline
  • Forecast
  • Performance
  • Specific Product Lines

Position Requirements include
