Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting
  • Instil rigorous pipeline management disciplines across the team, ensuring consistent application of sales methodology and CRM hygiene
  • Deliver accurate and reliable weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Analyse pipeline health, conversion rates and deal velocity to identify risks and opportunities, taking proactive corrective action where needed
  • Private Equity & Stakeholder Reporting
  • Operate with a clear understanding of private equity performance frameworks, including ARR growth, net reputed company retention and Rule of 40 metrics
  • Present regional performance, forecasts and strategic initiatives clearly to executive leadership
  • Ensure the regional sales motion is structured to support scalable, reportable growth in line with expectations and business milestones
