Pipeline Management & Forecasting
Instil rigorous pipeline management disciplines across the team, ensuring consistent application of sales methodology and CRM hygiene
Deliver accurate and reliable weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders
Analyse pipeline health, conversion rates and deal velocity to identify risks and opportunities, taking proactive corrective action where needed
Private Equity & Stakeholder Reporting
Operate with a clear understanding of private equity performance frameworks, including ARR growth, net reputed company retention and Rule of 40 metrics
Present regional performance, forecasts and strategic initiatives clearly to executive leadership
Ensure the regional sales motion is structured to support scalable, reportable growth in line with expectations and business milestones
