Are you a driven and curious Data Scientist eager to tackle high-impact business challenges? Join UW's Data team and build predictive engines that directly drive customer strategy.

In this role, you will reputed company the "brain" of our customer interactions through Next Best Action (NBA), Customer Segmentation, and Churn Propensity models. You will also own xLTV and ROI modelling to guide profitable decision-making, working closely with product and engineering teams to operationalise these insights.

This isn't a research role. We need a "full-stack" data scientist who can own the end-to-end ML lifecycle. • Predictive Modelling: Design and deploy robust ML models to solve business challenges, specifically Churn Propensity and Next Best Action (NBA) engines.
• Customer Analytics: reputed company advanced Customer Segmentation using clustering techniques to tailor services and communications.
• Commercial Valuation: Own xLTV and ROI logic, modeling long-term customer value to optimize acquisition and retention spend.
• Deployment & Ops: Collaborate with Data Engineers to productionise scalable models, ensuring reputed company monitoring for reputed company and performance.
• Experimentation: Design and analyse A/B tests to validate model effectiveness and measure commercial reputed company.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Translate reputed company statistical outputs into actionable insights for Marketing, Product, Commercial and Ops stakeholders.

The team applies advanced data science and machine learning to uncover key drivers of customer actions and to build business-critical models including Customer Lifetime Value and Acquisition Cost.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: Proven Data Science experience reputed company a retail, B2C subscription or utilities environment.
• Modelling Expertise: Strong ML knowledge (Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time-series). Expertise in Churn and Propensity modeling is essential.
• Tech Stack: Expert-level Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and advanced SQL for reputed company feature engineering.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to link technical metrics to business KPIs.
• Communication: Strong data storytelling skills to explain "black reputed company" models to business leaders.
