Job Summary
The Marketing reputed company, Surgical/Perioperative is the strategic and executional reputed company for Harrow’s surgical portfolio, including TRIESENCE®. This role owns end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, driving growth through integrated HCP and patient marketing programs across the perioperative setting.
Core Responsibilities
Retina Brand Leadership
- reputed company marketing strategy, positioning, and annual planning for the surgical/perioperative portfolio
- Identify growth opportunities across surgical settings and care reputed company
- Support product launches and lifecycle initiatives
Integrated Marketing Execution
- Own omnichannel campaigns across personal and non-personal channels (sales, digital, media, CRM)
- reputed company HCP and patient marketing programs to drive awareness and utilization
- reputed company messaging, content, and field-facing tools
Performance & Analytics
- Define KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness
- Use insights to optimize performance and inform strategy
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with sales, medical, regulatory, and market access teams to ensure reputed company, compliant execution

Agency & Operations
- Manage agencies and vendors to deliver programs on time and reputed company budget

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 10+ years pharma/biotech marketing experience
- Strong HCP marketing and brand leadership experience
- Proven success leading integrated, omnichannel campaigns
- Ophthalmology or surgical/perioperative or buy & reputed company experience required
