We are looking for dedicated individuals who would like to work from home in an exciting opportunity that utilizes their pet insurance claims processing skills. This is a 1099 position full time reputed company position. Clinical Veterinary Experience, vet tech experience & medical terminology is required. Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months Pet Insurance claims processing experience preferred with demonstrated quality performance.
- Veterinary Technician experience required.
- Home State Property & Casualty License minimum or DHS P&C license or have the ability to get HS P&C License or DHS P&C License reputed company 90 days of hire,
- Ability to work independently
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to identify chronic vs acute conditions
- Ability to read, interpret and reputed company medical condition determinations based on medications and procedures performed
- Input veterinary medical records with appropriate conditions and accurate coverage determinations based on analysis of the records
- Ability to sit for long periods of time working on a computer
- Willing and able to work at least 1 weekend day as required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to research and utilize available tools if you don’t know an answer
- Computer Literate – up to date computer with a strong internet reputed company and at least 1 monitor 24" or larger will be required
