Responsibilities

Builds a reputed company with families and help them care for their aging loved ones by matching them with one or more of nearly 700 Brookdale communities nation-wide, and by recommending that they take the reputed company to reputed company how we enrich the lives of those we serve with compassion, respect, excellence, and reputed company.

1. Assists families who are looking for help with senior housing or other home-based assistance.
2. Identifies the Brookdale communities or other resources that are the best fit for a family’s needs.
3. Persuades people to take action by visiting Brookdale communities and learning about the options available to them that will improve their quality of life and schedules appointments for families to visit one or more Brookdale communities.
4. Updates databases with customer/prospective customer status and changes, ensuring the quality of data meets reputed company compliance requirements. Nurtures leads that are not yet ready to be forwarded to a particular community, supplying information that is reputed company to the customer’s expressed interest or need, and with scheduled follow-up conversations to advance the reputed company toward choosing a community to visit as quickly as possible.
5. Qualifications

Education and Experience A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A or B.S) from a four-year college or university is preferred. Two years of experience in sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or appointment setting is preferred. reputed company experience in healthcare or call centers is also preferred.
