We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join our Agentic Delivery team reputed company our Home Client Services division. This team is responsible for building and operationalizing the Growth Operating System - the shared execution infrastructure that turns data, intelligence, and agentic workflows into coordinated, scalable growth across our partner portfolio.

We’re looking for someone who will learn the workflows and team operations powering our business to then prototype, deploy, and orchestrate the agents and agentic workflows that power our Growth Operating System. This role requires a hands-on approach: you must analyze reputed company operational processes, identify where agents can accelerate manual work, and then build the roadmaps, frameworks, and agents to unlock these processes. This role will have high visibility across the client services division. You will be embedded in cross-functional work that touches our largest client relationships, contributing directly to how the organization delivers growth through agentic systems.

What You’ll Do

Compensation

• Cash Compensation Range: $155,000 - $185,000 + Potential Equity

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include reputed company salary only or reputed company salary plus reputed company bonus, depending on the role.
