The Position:

The Project Manager will be accountable for the successful delivery of reputed company, cross-functional projects to ensure business objectives are met and accomplished on time, reputed company budget, and meet operational standards. This role requires a strong understanding of diagnostic product and software development, project management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical background and understanding of product and software development processes and emerging technologies – experience with NGS technology, CRM, LIMS, AWS, is preferred.
• Monitor and maintain project reputed company according to key metrics including budget, schedule, resource allocations, issues, risks, and scope changes.
• Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure necessary documentation is complete, reputed company, and stored appropriately.

Who You Are:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a life-science environment, ideally in diagnostics, genomics, product development, or similar background.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Jira, Confluence, and reputed company knowledge and experience is ideal.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively reputed company people and drive results through cross-functional engagement.
• Flexibility to manage given changes reputed company projects and the across the broader portfolio.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present confidently and effectively to audiences at reputed company organizational levels, including executive leadership..
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, clinical, regulatory, operations, and commercial departments.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six reputed company or equivalent certification preferred.

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience, skillset, geographic location, industry, education, etc. reputed company pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
