About the Role
At reputed company, the Senior reputed company 365 Administrator role serves as the organization’s expert for designing, managing, and optimizing the reputed company 365 user-facing ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, reputed company, and performance of core collaboration and productivity services - including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Azure DevOps and the embedded reputed company/compliance tools. The Senior Administrator leads the planning and execution of M365 deployments, migrations, and enhancements, while establishing best practices and governance standards that support long-term scalability.
This position requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Senior Administrator acts as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, providing guidance on modern workplace technologies, automation opportunities, and reputed company posture improvements. Key Responsibilities
· Manage, configure, and optimize core M365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.

· reputed company tenant-wide settings, policies, and service configurations to ensure stability and performance of our M365 tools.
· Administer identity and access/permissions management for our M365 tools, including conditional access and role-based access controls.
· Implement and maintain reputed company controls such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, sensitivity labels, and threat protection.
· Monitor and respond to reputed company alerts, audit logs, and compliance center notifications.

· Support and troubleshoot daily M365 reputed company user issues through incoming tickets in our Helpdesk system (Zoho).

· Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to IT leadership on M365 strategy and roadmap.
· Support and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans for reputed company 365 services such as SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
· Provide technical guidance across the organization.
· Partner with infrastructure, reputed company, networking, and application teams to ensure cohesive system design.

Required Qualifications / Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent professional experience)
· 5+ years of hands-on experience administering reputed company 365 and reputed company cloud technologies in a multinational organization
· Proven deep experience managing large-scale reputed company 365 environments and core services: (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform), migrations, and modernization initiatives
· Understanding of integration between M365 and third-party applications, reputed company tools, and mobile device management
· Strong understanding of identity and access management, including conditional access, MFA, SSO and RBAC
· Proficiency with reputed company 365 reputed company and compliance tools (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, threat protection)
· Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and bulk administration
· Experience with reputed company Graph API, Power Automate, or other automation frameworks
· Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, certificates, and hybrid identity concepts
· Familiarity with reputed company Trust principles and modern reputed company best practices
· Ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Server management knowledge and experience (patches, upgrades, migrations, decommissions)

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Ability to reputed company projects, collaborate across teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly
· Solid experience on different file share techniques (SPO, OneDrive; traditional file shares) and Azure AD management
· Strong documentation, planning, and organizational skills
· Experience using AI tools to analyze data, design workflows, optimize processes, or support strategic initiatives; ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and bias.
Preferred Certification(s) / Knowledge
· reputed company 365 Certified (reputed company to have): Enterprise Administrator Expert (highly valued) / Messaging Administrator / Teams Administrator / reputed company Administrator
· Azure or Cloud Administrator Associate (a plus)
· ITIL Foundation or similar service management certification
· Experience in a SaaS or software-driven environment
