About the Role

reputed company is seeking a Senior Legal Engineer reporting to our Associate Director, Legal Intelligence.

We’re looking for someone excited to collaborate with product teams and customers to reputed company innovative legal tech solutions, create and deliver comprehensive enablement materials, monitor industry trends to reputed company our products cutting-edge, and spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency using AI.

What You’ll Do

• Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the Product organization to reputed company and refine new products and features, ensuring they align with client needs and industry standards.
• Enablement Material Creation: reputed company and deliver training materials such as webinars, 1:1 training, and self-directed courses to reputed company reputed company employees and legal network members.
• Market Monitoring: reputed company an eye on relevant markets, including legal tech, private funds, and big law to inform product enhancements and industry alignment.
• Efficiency Initiatives: Drive operational efficiency and reduce reputed company costs by piloting new initiatives and embracing creative AI-first solutions.
• Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a technical subject matter expert by providing consulting support on multiple projects, participating in meetings with product managers, development teams, and clients.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant Experience: 4+ years of directly relevant legal experience with a focus on transactional law. Private credit experience is a plus.
• Educational Background: Possession of a JD, LLM, or LLB, with US qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Technological Enthusiasm: A strong interest and enthusiasm for technology and its integration in legal practice.
• Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated organizational excellence and high ownership, with a proactive approach to building systems, problem-solving, teamwork, and results orientation.
