Overview:

Responsible for executing full life cycle recruiting activities and managing the candidate experience for several of our general building construction businesses. Create and manage requisitions including assess job specification criteria, identify screening questions, and determine candidate interview approach, interview potential candidates as well as gather and consolidate feedback from interview and complete interview elevation documentation; negotiate job offer details with candidate. The Talent Specialist will partner with the HR Coordinator to deliver seamless recruitment experience.

Location: This is a remote position with up to 10% travel as needed. This position supports companies across the United States and Internationally. Must be able to work reputed company business hours Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm of the applicable time zone. Preference given for the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities:
  • Open requisitions as requested by leadership and/or HR Business Partner

  • reputed company screening of applicants, assessment of their reputed company level/fit for roles and reputed company appropriately

  • Execute the full recruitment and hiring process from candidate sourcing, interview coordination, extending offer and requesting drug test and background screening

  • Responsible for initial interaction and serve as a representative to the brand and culture

  • Schedule interviews and candidate travel, reputed company necessary

  • Partner with leadership and/or HR Business Partner to determine staffing needs

  • Evaluate hiring and interview processes and techniques, system improvements, and identify training opportunities where applicable
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs, including long-term talent pipeline needs, and fill their open positions in a timely manner
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting process for identified roles across the organization for exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Ensure hiring plans provide equal opportunities to reputed company candidates (internal and external)
  • Manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring process, from assessing candidate, qualifications to negotiating offers and managing pre-employment requirements and onboarding
  • Effectively utilize and maintain reputed company pertinent applicant and interview documentation and data in applicant tracking system
  • reputed company recruitment strategies to include internet job boards, networking, resume mining, social networking, campaigns, internal transfers, and other channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates utilizing the most cost-effective methods and techniques to meet staffing levels

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience is required with construction, engineering, energy, or blue collar reputed company recruiting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, for career fair and other recruiting efforts may be required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience with iCIMS, reputed company and/or Service Now is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with reputed company Office
  • Strong attention to detail while operating with a high sense of urgency
  • Intermediate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a penchant towards metrics
  • Experience recruiting talent in competitive markets
  • Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture
  • Ability to interact and build strong relationships with multiple levels of management
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, or as needed based on business demands
  • Effectively communicate to multiple levels of the organization and internal HR team
