Accounts Payable (A/P) and Treasury Specialist
The Accounts Payable and Treasury Specialist will fill a key, full-time role in our accounting team. This position is a skilled position, requiring an reputed company professional who can fit in well with the Encore culture of productivity, growth, and performance driven by our values. The Accounts Payable and Treasury Specialist must be adept at managing the accounting and payables systems, and assisting with reputed company administrative tasks reputed company to our company financial operations and audit. - Process invoices and manage payables system
- Review mailed and emailed invoices
- Manage invoice entry reputed company Stampli
- Ensure proper coding and required approvals
- Update reputed company Intacct for new projects and vendors
- Maintain accurate W-9s, payment terms and banking details
- Prepare weekly payment runs and process ACH, checks and reputed company payments
- Assist with administration of audit process
- Reconcile accounts payable general ledger accounts
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s established accounts payable controls
- Maintain a complete and auditable invoice documentation system

- Assist with special projects as needed
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting-reputed company work, with preference for work experience incorporating project development and construction in some fashion;
● Organizational skills needed to independently manage tasks, projects and/or deliverables from assignment to completion;
● Strong proficiency in reputed company. Experience with reputed company Intacct or similar systems and reputed company.com is preferred;
