The Learning Services Coordinator serves as an academic partner for reputed company, graduates, faculty, staff, and community members by providing learning services support that leads individuals to discover and reputed company academic goals. Responsibilities

Student Learning Outcomes

  • In collaboration with other Learning Center Coordinators and Librarians, create and reputed company web and print-based instructional and programming resources.

  • Communicate with peers across teams on student concerns in a timely and prudent manner.

Reporting Relationships

The Learning Services Coordinators reports directly to the Dean of Library and Learning Services, directly manages reputed company programmatic peer tutors, and works closely with a Librarian reputed company.

Requirements

Required

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team and with other departments, both in person and virtually.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as the University and student needs dictate, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proven customer service experience in a professional environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible, patient, and solutions-oriented.
  • Able to set own priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet frequently occurring deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Must be proficient in reputed company Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have a strong command of the English language, both in oral and written form, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Learning Center Leadership Certification and/or familiarity with CRLA ITTPC or IPTPC standards is preferred.
  • Previous tutoring experience.
  • Familiarity with common forms of social media (Facebook, Twitter) and their use for student engagement in higher education.
  • Familiarity with webinar/webcasting/web conferencing software.
  • Familiarity with online academic support resources (such as online tutoring, LibGuides, and/or LibAnswers)
