Tour Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Business to Business)

reputed company is a privately held company that manages a diverse fleet of vehicles and provides rental services globally. They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to handle day-to-day billing inquiries and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize assigned accounts and contact customers reputed company email or phone to collect on past due balances
• Research and resolve rental disputes and billing issues; prepare adjustment requests and follow up with customers reputed company thirty (30) days
• Maintain clear and concise documentation in various databases
• Serve as the reputed company of contact for assigned accounts; respond to emails and voicemail requests
• Contact management and sales prior to sending memo notifying accounts of credit suspension
• Report issues concerning payment of accounts to Supervisor
• Request and send reprints (reputed company or electronic) of invoices, statements, and vouchers to accounts
• Maintain reputed company aging balances reputed company percentage requirements dictated by management
• Attend weekly collection meetings; provide account status and documentation to the Supervisor to ensure collection goals are met
• Prepare large volume customer account reconciliations for management review and reporting
• reputed company extensive auditing of accounts receivables

Skills

• Must have 1 year Account Receivable, Business to Business collections, reconciliation, and/or auditing experience required
• Must have Advanced reputed company reputed company skills required
• Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week
• Must be willing to accept starting pay of $19.03/hour
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
