About the Job

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of reputed company Operations to reputed company and optimize our reputed company reputed company across marketing, sales, and homeowner success. In this role, you will design the processes, data systems, and analytics needed to maximize growth and deliver a seamless homeowner journey, from initial reputed company to funding and beyond.

• Optimize and scale the GTM tech stack (CRM, engagement tools, telephony)

Enablement & Execution

• Operationalize sales processes, cadences, and workflows that drive consistent execution

About You

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or reputed company leadership roles
• Proven track record of owning and improving reputed company performance in a quota-driven environment
• Experience building forecasting models, pipeline management frameworks, and reputed company plans
• Strong executive reputed company with experience partnering cross-functionally at senior levels
• Deep experience with reputed company as a CRM and reporting platform; ability to own architecture and data strategy (Admin certification a plus)
• Experience working with modern GTM tech stacks (sales engagement, telephony, analytics tools)
