The Location
? This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to assigned region
The Position
The Field Manager is responsible for Survey field results for specified geography. This position maintains
control of time service, acquisition costs and production levels, monitors quality, and interacts with clients
in his/her geographic region in a manner that is consistent with company policies, procedures, and
standards. This Manager also assigns work and is responsible for Field Consultant performance for
his/her territory.
Responsibilities
? Daily management of work in territory
? Assign work to Field Consultants per company guidelines.
? Maintain a staff of Field Consultants who can meet company's quality and professionalism
standards.
? Meet company time-service objectives for region.
? Adhere to budget guidelines for region, including acquisition costs and SLAs
? Meet regional production goals.
? Meet performance and metrics standards of region
? Interact with clients/customers and maintain customer relationships
? Monitors phone calls and e-mails, and responds in a timely manner.
? Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
? Excellent working knowledge of inspection rules and applicable state regulations.
? Knowledge and expertise in technical areas of the inspection process. Identify areas where you
have to personally grow and set timelines for your completion of training material. Share these
objectives with your manager.
? Ability to multitask and handle time sensitive urgencies.
? Must have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent organizational
skills.
? Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
? Manager and Field Specialist experience with OSI/Castle/RSG is preferred.
