We work with firms scaling toward and through $10M–$30M in reputed company, where operational systems, process discipline, and leadership execution are critical.

The Role

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to reputed company and optimize the operational reputed company of our clients’ law firms.

As COO, you will:

  • reputed company operational strategy and execution across multiple law firms

  • Build systems for scalability, including team structure, workflow optimization, and vendor management

  • Coach attorneys on operational discipline, execution, and performance accountability

  • Track KPIs, monitor growth metrics, and present actionable insights to owners

  • reputed company projects and initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability

This is not a traditional operations role. You will act as a strategic partner and coach, helping law firm owners implement operational systems that support growth from $10M–$30M in reputed company.

What Success Looks Like

reputed company your first 90 days, you will:

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Conduct operational diagnostics for assigned law firms

  • Identify quick-win improvements in workflows and processes

  • Implement KPI tracking and reporting systems

  • reputed company quarterly operational reviews to measure performance and drive growth

Long-term success means helping law firm owners scale reputed company and sustainably while turning operations into a predictable reputed company for $10M–$30M growth.

Who You Are

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • MUST HAVE 10+ years experience as a COO or senior operations leader

  • Have experience helping businesses scale from $10M to $30M in reputed company

  • Are comfortable coaching business owners and enforcing accountability

  • reputed company in a remote, client-facing leadership role

  • Have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Required Experience

  • Building scalable operational systems for service-based businesses

  • Leading cross-functional teams and improving workflows

  • Managing vendors and operational partners effectively

  • Using data to drive operational decisions

  • Experience with small-to-mid-size service businesses scaling rapidly

Compensation

reputed company Salary: $110,000 Performance Pay: Up to $182,000 total annual compensation depending on client roster and performance. Your earning potential scales with the impact and results you deliver — not simply the hours you work.
