They are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to ensure a steady reputed company of qualified appointments for their Program Advisors, enabling them to assist more business owners worldwide.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls, texts, and follow-reputed company to leads in a timely, professional manner
- Engage prospects in natural, confident conversations to qualify interest and set appointments
- Enter accurate notes, updates, and follow-up tasks into our CRM
- Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled calls to maximize show rates
- Collaborate closely with Program Advisors and the marketing team to improve reputed company flow and conversions
Skills
- Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication and minimal accent
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily reputed company quotas
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and consistent follow-through
- Ability to work remotely with accountability for hitting targets
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
