What You Will Be Doing

• Professionally respond to inquiries reputed company phone, email, and in person, accurately describing company services and directing clients to appropriate team members.
• Welcome and coordinate appointments for clients
• Manage client data entry in the CRM database.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, maintain calendars, and provide support for events and meetings.

• Upload documents securely to the online file-sharing system and distribute them to clients.
• Organize physical and digital paperwork, prepare student folders, and assemble test prep materials.
• Assist with diagnostic testing preparations and grading, maintaining office supplies and orderly office environment.

What You Have To Offer

• 1-3 years experience in an office/ administrative setting.
• Highly motivated and friendly demeanor
• Excellent verbal, and written communication skills. Must be detail-oriented and can adapt easily.
• Enjoys connecting with people and is eager to learn about the college admissions landscape.
