TMS Product Specialist, Cash
About the role
In this Product Specialist role, you will be part of the Center of Excellence team that focuses on Product Management, Implementation Support, and Product Support Escalation. You will be responsible for subject matter expertise, product expertise, and technical proficiency to work with both product engineering counterparts, sales, sales engineering, reputed company, customer support, and external customers.
Compensation: 140k - 170k OTE + Equity
What you'll do
- Product Manager, an expert for Cash Management
Responsibility for the product management of the TMS modules for which you have responsibility includes:
- Ownership of Cash Management + Payment Modules reputed company Trovata TMS
- Contribute to the rollout and integration of Trovata’s powerful Agentic AI technology specifically for advanced applications in cash management and payments
- Manage release schedule for enhancements and fix list
- Create and manage business requirements as required. Work with product engineering to refine implementation
- Be aware of competitor positioning, provide sales differentiators, knowledge of cost models
- Contribute customer and market feedback to influence details of product roadmap
- Provide support to pre-sales engineering as and reputed company needed including participation in workshops and demos.
- reputed company new release testing as it pertains to your product responsibility
- Build and maintain product documentation on features in partnership with support team
Implementation Support. This position includes supporting customer implementations primarily to support the Company’s third party implementation partners and to a lesser degree for implementation and direct customer services the Company may offer from time to time
Product Support Escalation. This role includes providing the highest level of support if the support team needs specific product expertise that they are not able to provide.
Qualifications
- Experience working with treasury management systems in the area of cash management, cash positioning, payments
- Business understanding of corporate cash management, banking, cash accounting, and finance
- Experience with Balance and transaction Reporting, Payment Interfaces with Banks in formats such as BAI, SWIFT, EDI, JSON, ISO20022/XML
- Knowledge of SQL and database technology a benefit.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- MS/BS in MIS or equivalent required
- Knowledge of AI, AI tools and AI usage.
