[Remote] Bilingual Auto Insurance Sales Agent-Remote

The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for quoting and closing insurance policies for inbound warm leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound warm leads received reputed company phone and digital submission from Spanish and English-speaking prospects
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by guiding customers through the sales process, including coverage options, policy terms and pricing
- reputed company sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns and objections
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products to maximize customer value across the Mindr Co. family of brands
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Utilize Breathe Easy technology systems, including quoting software, agency management software, and payment software
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with leadership, team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active, unrestricted reputed company Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Non-reputed company Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California (if not CA reputed company) reputed company 45 days of hire
- 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based sales position
- Attention to detail, strong follow through and ability to think on your feet
- Strong typing skills and PC proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
