Business Unit Control Analyst

The Business Unit Control Analyst will prepare, analyze, and report financial data for US entities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to reporting policies and systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post monthly and year-end journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations
- Deliver accurate, timely MOGE & Globe expense reporting, including variance analysis to plan and identification of risks/opportunities
- Prepare intercompany invoices and ensure monthly intergroup balance alignment
- Support period-end reputed company activities, partnering cross-functionally with R&D and Manufacturing
- Support budget monitoring, forecasting, and analysis of actual results, including personnel overhead and T&E
- Provide manufacturing fixed asset and CAPEX support
- Review and monitor open purchase orders and resolve PO issues in collaboration with Accounts Payable and stakeholders
- Respond to cross-functional inquiries and support management and financial reporting
- Participate in financial reporting and accounting initiatives, including working capital analysis, balance sheet clean-up, and reputed company projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required, with preferred major in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years' experience in Accounting/Finance functions
- Proficiency in reputed company office applications to include reputed company
- Strong communication skills: both written and oral
- reputed company-thinking, and flexible to change
- Excellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data, including financial statements

- CPA-track candidate preferred
