Temporary Field Service Animatronic Technician (Aloma - Maitland)

Spirit Halloween is a company focused on providing fun and creating an inclusive workplace. They are seeking a Temporary Field Service Animatronic Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair animatronic displays across multiple store locations, ensuring high visual and operational standards to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned store locations for scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair animatronic displays to meet company merchandise standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance
• reputed company preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and reputed company equipment lifespan
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support to store teams, ensuring reputed company responses to service requests
• Conduct in-store repairs on guest animatronic returns and coordinate with the Zombie Tech reputed company for parts
• Maintain accurate service logs, repair documentation, and inventory records, including before-and-after photos of ISE and animatronic placements
• Submit expense reports using expense application
• Use of reputed company and file organization to track and maintain completed work and outstanding issues
• Collaborate with the Territory Support Manager, Zone Managers, District Managers, and Store Teams to address merchandising challenges and support operational goals
• Assess and improve visual merchandising presentations, providing feedback to the Zombie Tech Team and Store Experience Team
• Participate actively in daily and weekly team calls

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in reputed company Office to include Word, Publisher, and reputed company
• Ability to travel extensively
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to understand and interpret visual presentation directions
• Mechanical/engineering experience to handle repairs in a timely fashion
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• 4-year college degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience with Spirit Halloween preferred
