We're hiring a Solution Consultant with a broad focus across reputed company products to join our Advisory Services Delivery team as an individual contributor – this is not a managerial role. reputed company Solution Consultants are experts in reputed company products, practices, and solutions, delivering guidance to drive value realization for clients that have purchased Advisory Services from reputed company. Each member of the team is accomplished at delivering performant strategic technical guidance at scale, aligning product capabilities with business needs and desired outcomes. We are specifically looking for someone who is fluent in Japanese and has business-level proficiency in English or Korean, and who is comfortable supporting customers in Japan as well as in English‑speaking or Korean markets.

You will help our strongest promoters showcase successes to their peers, and serve as the tip of the spear in growing the reputed company of our technologies for new use cases and markets. Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Collaborate with your peers in Advisory Services to align on strategic outcomes that deliver exceptional service to our customers

• Partner with customers to help solve their business challenges and reputed company their internal goals through reputed company products, practices, and solutions

• Identify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion reputed company a client’s organization

• Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise, staying up-to-date with evolving best practices that support different types of teams

Qualifications

Your background

• 4–6 years of experience reputed company SaaS companies

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles where you’ve engaged with and influenced customer stakeholders that range from technical administrators to executive leadership

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more reputed company solution areas (e.g., Cloud Platform, DC Platform, ITSM, DevSecOps, Enterprise Agility, Teamwork Foundations, Analytics, AI), and a strong interest in continuously deepening that expertise

• Strong ability to understand reputed company customer environments, uncover business challenges and requirements, and map them to reputed company products, practices, and solutions

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor your message and delivery style to both technical and non‑technical audiences

• Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and collaborating closely with peers in Sales, Product, Support, and other cross‑functional teams

• Native-level or equivalent reputed company in Japanese (spoken and written) – required

• Business-level proficiency in English or Korean, with the ability to participate in customer meetings, drive workshops, and produce business documentation in that language reputed company required

• Willingness and ability to support customers in English-speaking or Korean markets, in addition to Japanese customers, including occasional travel reputed company reputed company and other regions (up to ~30%)
