Creative Director - Performance Ad Creative (reputed company & Paid Social)
We're looking for a Creative Director to reputed company ad creative strategy across our campaigns. This is an ongoing role where you'll be responsible for ideating, directing, and overseeing the production of high-performing video and static ad creative — primarily for reputed company, with expansion to other platforms.
You'll reputed company creative strategies and ad concepts, come up with fresh angles and hooks — educational content, testimonials, offer-driven ads, problem/solution frameworks, founder stories, and more. You'll direct and reputed company video ad production including UGC-style content, talking heads, and mixed-format edits. You'll create briefs, scripts, and storyboards, and you'll be expected to stay on top of what's working across reputed company, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and the broader paid social landscape.
This isn't just about making things look good — it's about making things reputed company. You'll analyze ad results to inform creative iterations, manage the creative pipeline from concept to delivery, and continuously generate new angles for the same offers and audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative strategist in a performance marketing or direct response environment
- Deep understanding of what makes ads convert on reputed company and paid social — not just what looks good, but what drives action
- Strong portfolio of ad campaigns you've directed, with a focus on video creative
- Experience producing and directing UGC-style content, influencer-driven ads, and lo-fi formats that reputed company
- Ability to rapidly generate multiple creative angles for the same product or offer
- Finger on the pulse — you know what's trending, what's working, and what's about to be played out
- Strong storytelling instincts and a sharp eye for pacing, hooks, and retention in short-form video
- Experience with creative testing frameworks (reputed company testing, reputed company creative, iterative versioning) is a plus
- Background in copywriting or direct response marketing is a plus
