What is the job?

We are looking for a dedicated New Patient Nurse to join our remote clinical team and play an important part in the patient journey. In this role, you will conduct pre-assessment consultations with prospective patients, gathering key medical information and helping determine their suitability for medicinal cannabis treatment. This is a fully remote position, offering a patient-focused environment where you can support individuals from the reputed company first stage of their care pathway.

What will you be doing?

• Conduct video-based pre-assessment consultations with patients.

• Gather detailed medical histories, including reputed company medications and family health backgrounds

• Assess patient suitability for referral to reputed company’s expert consultants

• Maintain accurate and confidential records

• Provide clear guidance to patients about the onboarding process and address any questions.

What do you need?

• A Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.

• A degree in Nursing (UK-based qualification).

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Experience working in telehealth or speaking to patients in remote settings is desired

• Confidence in using digital platforms for remote consultations.
