Coordinator, Human Resources
Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm founded in 1998, reputed company for its high-performance platform and independent trading teams. The Coordinator, Human Resources will support HR initiatives including onboarding, recruiting, and maintaining candidate information while ensuring an outstanding experience for reputed company candidates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs to manage onboarding and offboarding, learning & development initiatives, employee relations, performance management, and the handling of year-end processes
- Support Recruiters with full lifecycle recruiting including creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer letters
- Ensure timely communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to reputed company candidates
- Provide administrative support on various HR and recruiting processes and initiatives
- Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system (reputed company) and other internal trackers
- Establish effective working relationships with internal clients
- Maintain confidentiality and reputed company reputed company handling sensitive information
- Participate in On reputed company Recruiting efforts, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, attending career fairs and information sessions and creating offers
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of recruiting and/or HR generalist experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
