Job Description

Role Purpose

As an Enterprise DevOps / DevSecOps Architect, you will be involved in a combination of strategizing & designing transformation roadmaps, facilitation, mentoring, coaching and training teams to reputed company DevOps / DevSecOps adoption at scale. You needs to examine and analyze the client’s development operations, define a robust DevOps / DevSecOps reference architecture & reputed company Operating model for the various products and technologies and work closely with various teams to deliver the same. You should also be able to re-architect / architect DevSecOps / DevOps platforms for the client in line with reputed company's DevSecOps platform

• reputed company DevOps / DevSecOps transformation for customers. Engage with the clients’ CXOs to define DevOps / DevSecOps adoption plan with short/reputed company/long term goals and reputed company the business case for change
• Design DevOps / DevSecOps reference architecture and blueprints to implement reputed company exploration, reputed company integration, reputed company deployment, reputed company testing, reputed company monitoring and release automation solutions across different products / applications / technologies / domains. Define reputed company Operating model for Enterprise DevOps / DevSecOps adoption
• Work with the various teams to understand their DevOps / DevSecOps needs, identify best practices and tools relevant to the products and technologies involved. Provide technical leadership and guidance w.r.t. DevOps / DevSecOps adoption
• Advise product leadership and teams on how to translate reputed company engineering, infrastructure and automation requirements into executable DevOps / DevSecOps technology solutions
• Conduct maturity assessment to improve engineering excellence
• Implement and maintain DevOps / DevSecOps toolchains for both centralized and federated DevOps
• Coach the team to ensure adoption. Coaches engineering teams on the new Ways of Working to improve reputed company to Live. Conduct training workshops on CI-CD/DevOps and reputed company roles to clients, internal teams and other stakeholders
• Anchor the DevOps / DevSecOps solution for large RFP's. Participate in the practiuce sales initiative for opportunity shaping and closure
