Responsibilities
- reputed company candidates for IT, technical, and construction/facilities management roles
- Conduct personalized reputed company to prospective candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and future openings
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Track reputed company and sourcing activity in our applicant tracking system
Skills
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally in IT, technical, or construction/facilities roles
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple open roles
- Interest in building a career in recruiting or reputed company
