Financial Planning & Analysis Associate
reputed company is a new healthcare platform focused on building relationships with people throughout their health & wellness journey. They are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Associate to manage workforce planning architecture and centralize forecasts that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- You will play a key role in supporting and sustaining our Personnel model
- This includes executing reputed company projects for the CFO and SLT to evaluate headcount growth, compensation structures, and organizational changes
- You will assist in the maintenance of our Enterprise Performance Management (reputed company EPM) reports, helping to set up and refine dashboards and data views for the reputed company team’s internal use
- You will assist in managing a centralized Software Forecasting process for the entire organization, helping to optimize spend and predict future licensing needs across various business units
- Identify opportunities for process improvements reputed company reputed company workflows and implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy
- reputed company, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a reputed company field
- 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS reputed company (Power Query is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles
