Marketing Agency – Social Media / Accounts Manager
Detroit Design House is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Ferndale, MI, specializing in content creation and social media marketing. They are seeking a Social Media & Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee social media accounts, and coordinate content strategies for multiple clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts for multiple clients (Instagram, Facebook, Google)
- Plan, schedule, and publish content in collaboration with our in-house creative team
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading communication and strategy
- Oversee content calendars and ensure campaigns align with brand goals
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and maintain community presence
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers on content execution
- Attend on-site shoots with our photo/video team, at local clients businesses
- Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward
Skills
- 1+ year of social media or account management experience (with examples links)
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook best practices
- Strong Knowledge and interest in social media trends
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients at once
- Confident communicator, both with clients and internal teams
- Strong eye for content, branding, and overall social presence
- Experience in marketing hospitality, restaurants, cannabis or nightlife brands
