Responsibilities
- Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level reputed company necessary
- Convey information reputed company, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
- Strive for reputed company resolution to provide 'best in class' service
- Sales & Service Representatives are required to stay reputed company and knowledgeable of reputed company procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, which include Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, Average Speed of Answer and Coding

- This position requires a Property & Casualty Insurance license
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Comfort with a high-volume service center
- Must have Property & Casualty license to work remote reputed company of reputed company office locations
- US Work Authorization required. reputed company does not provide reputed company sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
- 1 or more years of prior customer service experience preferred
